Where can I park?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to navigate parking and registration!

Tell me more about the shoe policy.
It’s simple—if we mess up their floors, we won’t be invited back. And since there is no other venue like this in town that we can afford, let’s follow the rules here so there can be a next year.
Don’t wear shoes that will leave scuff marks on the floors, and leave your high heels that will ding up the floors at home. Bring shoes that would be comfortable for a brisk walk and that also swivel/pivot easily. Be kind to your feet, and the floors at the same time.
What lunch options are available?
There’s a lot happening on the lunch break! Check out the contra dance, or schedule a private lesson with your favorite instructor if they are not already booked. We decided not to hire a food truck since there are LOTS of great restaurants right across the street.
Can I bring food or drink?
Only water is allowed in the ballrooms. Non H20 beverages and food must be consumed outside of the ballrooms.
